Cangzhou Shangmei Cosmetic Tools Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017 in Qingxian County, Cangzhou — the heartland of China’s makeup-brush industry, where brush-making craft has been passed down for decades.
Under our brand LyDia, we design and manufacture professional cosmetic brushes for private label brands, wholesalers and distributors across Europe and North America. From hair blending and hand shaping to ferrule assembly and final inspection, every brush passes through more than twenty skilled handcraft processes.
We combine this heritage craft with an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, 300,000 pcs monthly capacity, and a low MOQ policy that makes professional-grade customization accessible to brands of every size.
