What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 200 pcs per style — flexible for trial orders and growing brands. For trial orders we can often mix colors within the same style. Larger quantities earn better pricing.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes — we provide one free sample per style for serious buyers. You cover the courier freight (collected account like DHL/FedEx is fine). For custom-developed samples, we confirm costs before sampling.
How long does sampling take?
Stock designs ship in 5–7 working days. Fully custom development (new shape + logo + packaging) takes 7–12 working days.
What is the production lead time?
Typically 15–30 days after sample confirmation and deposit, depending on quantity and customization level. Rush schedules are possible — tell us your deadline.
Can you put our logo on the brushes?
Absolutely. Options include silk-screen printing, hot-stamp foil, laser engraving on handles, plus custom ferrule engraving. Logo mockups are prepared free before sampling.
Can you develop a brush from our design?
Yes — that is our ODM service. Send sketches, reference photos or a physical sample. We provide engineering feedback, then a prototype for approval before tooling.
What hair materials do you use?
Our default is vegan synthetic fiber (cruelty-free). Natural hair (goat, pony) and custom blends are available on request from audited suppliers. See the Materials Library.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment. PayPal is available for samples; L/C is accepted for large orders.
How do you ship?
By DHL / FedEx / UPS express for samples and urgent orders; by sea or rail for volume. We support DDP door-to-door delivery, with export labeling handled by our team.
Do you attend trade shows?
Yes — LyDia will exhibit at COSMOPROF Bologna 2026 in April 2026. Meeting slots can be reserved in advance via the contact page.
Can we visit your factory?
You are always welcome in Qingxian, Cangzhou. If travel is not convenient, we offer live video walkthroughs of every production area, including QC.
Where exactly are you located?
Our factory is in Qingxian County, Cangzhou, Hebei Province — the manufacturing heartland of China’s makeup brush industry, about two hours from Beijing by high-speed rail.
