Sampling
Our studio crafts a physical sample — hair, ferrule, handle and your logo. Photos and videos are shared before dispatch.
Confirmation
You review the sample and confirm final specs: materials, colors, logo position, packaging and quantity. We lock the BOM.
Mass Production
Production begins with in-line checks at every process. Progress photos and videos keep you updated weekly.
QC & Shipping
100% piece-by-piece inspection, then packing to your spec. We ship by air express or sea freight, with DDP door delivery.
