Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. The website is operated by Cangzhou Shangmei Cosmetic Tools Co., Ltd. (brand: LyDia), China.

2. Nature of Our Business

This is a B2B website. All products and services are offered for business customers (resellers, brands, distributors). We do not sell to consumers through this website, and no online payment is processed here.

3. Quotations & Orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to final specification confirmation. An order is binding only after our written order confirmation and receipt of deposit. The MOQ is 200 pcs per style unless otherwise agreed in our written order confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in USD (or as agreed), based on Incoterms 2020 (typically FOB Qingdao or DDP as requested). Payment terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Sampling & Intellectual Property

Sample designs, molds and tooling developed for a customer remain dedicated to that customer’s brand. Customer logos and artwork are used solely for the agreed production and are not shared with third parties.

6. Quality & Claims

Every product is inspected before shipment. Claims for defects must be submitted with photos within 14 days of receipt; we will replace or credit confirmed defects in accordance with the confirmed golden sample.

7. Shipping & Risk

Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. We assist with export documentation and, for DDP orders, with destination-country delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes resolved through friendly negotiation first.
